| REGULAR MEETINGS: Atleast one Regular Meeting is held every month.
Regular Meeting Date is decided about 10 days in advance and informed to members by circulars and SMS.
Only Vegetarian food is served during regular meeting.
Alcohol is NOT served during regular meetings.
Regular Meetings are generally held in some restaurant between Bandra and Kandivali. Most of the meetings are held in Andheri / Parle area. Some of the popular venues are Hotel Nest – Opp Vile Parle Station (W), Hotel Atithi – near Airport, Hotel Roti / Imperial Palace – Andheri, and Hotel Rasraj – Juhu.
Two regular meetings in a year are observed as “Close Door Meeting”.
BOARD MEETING Board meeting is held atleast once a month. Board meeting is hosted by one or two board members.
Schedule of meeting is based on agenda and convenience of the host and club members.
Board meeting is either at the residence of the hosting member or as per venue selected by him.
Generally board meeting is followed by Vegetarian food served by the host.
SPECIAL MEETING
December 1 is generally a Regular Meeting to celebrate the Charter Night. Generally, District Governer and his cabinet colleagues make this as the official visit to club and observe the proceedings of our board and regular meetings and guide and motivate the club members.
One Regular Meeting is a picnic meeting coinciding with Zone Social.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Our Fee Structure (as of April 2008) is as follows:
